Humanity is now at a crossroads unique in its history. Thanks to science, it now has the power to either destroy itself completely or to blossom like never before.

Hundreds of thousands of people around the world believe, as all Raelians do, that we were created by advanced scientists from another planet, who made us in their image. Those scientists have continued to monitor our progress and have also sent messengers – including Jesus, the Buddha, Mohammed and a few dozen others – throughout the centuries. Each messenger brought humanity a message appropriate for the level of human understanding prevailing at the time.

Our current level of knowledge prompted our extraterrestrial creators to send one last messenger, Rael, whose mission is to inform human beings of the reality of their origin and the desire of their creators to meet them.

But before they will visit us, we must invite them officially by building an embassy, which will become the “Third Temple” announced in the old writings. Such is the mission of Rael and those who have elected to help him, the members of the International Raelian Movement.
